Who We Are
We love parklets. Since they began popping up in cities and towns across the US over a decade ago, we have appreciated how they bring vibrancy and character to whatever area they occupy. But, as our appreciation for parklets grew, we saw a problem: too many were hastily built and unattractive, or so costly that most communities couldn’t afford them.
We knew there had to be a happy medium — a way to create attractive, affordable parklets that are easy to assemble, safe, and durable. What began as a few ideas and sketches became a scalable, modular parklet system. In 2019, we founded StreetDeck, and we’ve been building parklets for businesses and municipalities ever since.
Today, our modular designs make it possible for communities of all sizes to add beautiful, functional public spaces without the high cost or long construction timelines. StreetDeck parklets are designed to be easy to install, simple to maintain, and adaptable to future needs — whether that means expanding, relocating, or changing layouts.
